Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll Functional consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with strong expertise in Non UK Payroll ( for example US, Canada, Middle east) to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, enhancement, testing, deployment, and production-support engagements.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM processes and configurations, particularly within Payroll module in corresponding country legislation; have Hands on experience in other HCM modules, understanding of business process of other HCM Modules. Will play a key role in delivering high-quality Oracle HCM solutions aligned with business requirements.

The consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting solution design workshops, configuring Oracle Cloud HCM applications, supporting testing cycles, managing defect resolution, and providing post-production support. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical consultants, project managers, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery of Oracle Cloud HCM project.

Key Responsibilities:

- The successful candidate should possess strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Non UK Payroll ( for example US, Canada, Middle east) and other HCM modules, including payroll processing, payroll balances, respective country/legislation statutory compliance, security, reporting, and data management.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional, onsite, and offshore teams.
- Proven experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, enhancements, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud respective Payroll legislation, compliance, taxation, statutory deductions, year-end processing, payroll controls, and end-to-end payroll processes.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Non UK Payroll configuration, including payroll elements, balances, payroll relationships, costing, payment methods, payroll flows, and payroll interfaces.
- Having UK Payroll knowledge is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn and support UK Payroll legislation and related Oracle Cloud Payroll processes.
- Experience as a Functional Consultant collaborating with technical teams on HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, HDL/HSDL, Rapid Formulas, data migration, and integrations.
- Participation in at least 45 full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, with significant involvement in UK Payroll delivery.
- Strong experience in business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, functional documentation, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting engagements.
- Hands-on experience supporting data migration, reconciliation, payroll parallel testing,



payroll validation, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hyper care, and post-production support.
- Experience analyzing defects, performing root cause analysis, supporting issue resolution, and ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM integration points with Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Finance, and downstream systems.
- Ability to assess the impact of statutory changes, business changes, and Oracle quarterly updates on payroll processes and configurations.
