Our India-based team in Mohali provides centralized support across operations, customer service, sales, HR, finance, marketing, and other business functions for our U.S. restaurant operations.

We are looking for a Customer Care & Sales Specialist to join our growing team and support our U.S. restaurant business.

About the Role:

This is an international customer service and sales position where you will communicate with customers in the U.S., understand their requirements, provide solutions, handle enquiries, and identify opportunities to generate sales and business.

The ideal candidate should be confident speaking with international customers, have excellent English communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers in the U.S.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information and solutions.
- Generate and convert sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-up.
- Handle customer enquiries related to restaurant services, events, reservations, and other offerings.
- Provide professional and timely customer support.




- Follow up with prospective customers and existing customers to drive conversions.
- Handle customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction records in the CRM.
- Meet individual and team sales, conversion, and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with U.S. restaurant teams to resolve customer issues and requests.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer experience.

Candidate Profile:

- 1+ years of experience in international calling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Experience in an international call center/BPO, sales, or customer service environment preferred.
- Robust communication, convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a strong sales and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Comfortable speaking with customers from the U.S.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.

5 Days Working | Rotational Week-Offs

The role will support U.S. operations, so candidates must be comfortable working according to U.S. business hours and rotational shifts.
