Position
Semi-Qualified CA / Article Assistant
Key Responsibilities

- Assist in Statutory Audit, Tax Audit and Internal Audit assignments.
- Handle and assist with Accounting and Finalisation of Accounts.
- Assist in Income Tax and GST assignments and related compliances.
- Participate in Financial Due Diligence assignments, including financial analysis and review of financial records.
- Assist in IPO-related services and financial / accounting requirements.
- Gain exposure to Investment Banking-related assignments and transaction support activities.
- Work on Foreign Accounting / International Accounting assignments.
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit working papers and supporting schedules.
- Perform financial analysis,



verification and reconciliation of accounting data.
- Assist in ROC and other regulatory compliances.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for required information and documentation.
- For Semi-Qualified CAs, the role may also involve reviewing assignments and guiding Article Assistants / junior team members.

Candidate Profile

- Semi-Qualified CA or CA Article Assistant.
- Candidates with relevant experience in a Chartered Accountant firm will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Audit and Taxation.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong communication and client coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work across diverse skilled assignments.
