Role Summary

We are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer with 4-7 years of overall experience, including 2-3 years of SFCC/SFRA experience.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building responsive, scalable, and accessible e-commerce experiences using SFCC/SFRA, ISML, controllers, server-side JavaScript, and APIs, along with exposure to HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery, and Node.js. Experience with frontend technology is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain responsive e-commerce storefront experiences on the SFCC platform.
- Develop and maintain features within a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / SFRA application.
- Build and modify ISML templates , client-side scripts and SFRA components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high-quality, pixel-accurate implementations.
- Work primarily on frontend development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery .
- Contribute to backend development involving SFCC controllers, server-side JavaScript, services and APIs .
- Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.
- Debug and resolve functional, performance and cross-browser issues.
- Ensure solutions meet accessibility, responsive design and performance standards.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established development standards and best practices.
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA, product owners and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
- Analyse production issues and provide effective technical solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support estimation, technical design, and implementation of medium to complex features.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS .
- Good experience with jQuery and AJAX .
- Experience developing responsive, cross-browser-compatible web applications.
- Experience working with REST APIs and JSON .
- Ability to understand and contribute to server-side/backend code when required.
- Valuable understanding of web performance, browser behavior, and debugging.
- Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices.
- Experience working with Git and standard software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a development team.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
