JOB - DATA ANALYSIS
Location: Hyderabad & Bangalore

Experience - Minimum 5yrs in Data Analytics
Shift: Rotational Night Shift

Qualification - BTECH/MTECH/CSE

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Max 20 Days)
Salary: As per market standards and last drawn CTC

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain dashboards for business insights and reporting.
- Develop and automate data processes using SQL and Python.
- Generate actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs using Google Sheets/Excel.
- Implement new operational workflows leveraging AI automation tools.
- Ensure on-time delivery and accuracy of data, dashboards, and reports.
- Present findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in dashboard creation, SQL,



and Python automation.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical reasoning abilities.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Experience with Google Sheets/Excel for metrics and KPI calculations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects efficiently.
- Experience in implementing AI-driven operational workflows.
- Commitment to accuracy and timely delivery of deliverables.
- Effective stakeholder communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

- Candidates must be open to rotational night shifts.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred (maximum 20 days notice period).
- Salary hike will be in line with market standards and based on last drawn CTC.
