Online and final inspection of the machines. Maintaining inspection and test equipments

( Torque stations, Test rigs, Gauges , etc.)

Final machine testing and trouble shooting as required.

Red flag / NCR monitoring and appropriate alerts, and CAPA.

Quarantine area material decision and monitoring.

Prepare data base for CORNS and deploy it horizontally to prevent repeat issues .

Robust Process approach and PDI for Assembled Machines

Proactive working on Assembly Process and use expertise to arrest the defects at Assembly / PDI stations." "

* 100 % inspection and testing of the machines going to customer / IC

* 100% availability of test rigs / equipments / Poka yoke , etc.





* Capture red flags and CDC points observations and correction of the same before machine despatch.

* CAPA based on CORNs analysis.

* No use of suspected material from quarantine area. Timely decision of suspected material."
