Role & responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to independently manage and streamline our HR operations. The ideal candidate will set up structured HR systems and processes from the ground up and take ownership of all HR functions across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
- Design and implement HR policies, processes, and systems suited to company needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
- Handle payroll coordination, salary structuring, and increments
- Manage performance tracking and appraisals
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exits/offboarding
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
- Support management with HR reporting and workforce planning
