About the Role

We're looking for Product Owners who thrive in turning problems into working software. While high-level direction may come from product discovery, you'll take it from there defining the right solution for a given problem or need, breaking it down into implementable scope and owning the journey all the way through to a shipped, working product in production. You'll be the bridge between the client's vision, the internal delivery team and the end outcome making sure the right things get built, in the right order, at the right quality and that they land successfully in the hands of users.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys both the problem-solving side figuring out the 'what' and 'how' of a solution and the structure and momentum of seeing it through to a working, live product on a predictable cadence.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the right solution for a given problem, pain point, or business need and translate it into detailed, implementable scope covering user flows, edge cases, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- Own and continuously groom the product backlog, prioritizing items in collaboration with clients based on business value, technical dependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Gather and analyze client feedback, business requirements, and relevant data/research to support prioritization and solution decisions.
- Drive Agile delivery by actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.




- Collaborate closely with Design, Development, and QA teams to ensure features are built and tested according to the intended requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on day-to-day scope discussions, requirement clarifications, and trade-offs.
- Manage change requests and proactively communicate their potential impact on project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Track and report project progress against roadmap milestones to both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Own implementation and rollout activities, coordinate UAT cycles, manage go-live activities, and ensure a smooth transition to production.

What We're Looking For

- 3-5 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst on client-facing projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to understand ambiguous problems or business needs and define appropriate solutions.
- Good judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between different approaches.
- Ability to refine proposed solutions based on technical feasibility by working closely with Engineering Leads.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for requirement solutioning, scoping, wireframing, and mockups.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and related tools.
- Valuable understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively, including direct client communication on priorities, requirements, and trade-offs.
