Corporate Practice. The role involves advising domestic and international clients on a broad

range of corporate, commercial, employment and foreign investment matters. The selected

candidate will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, drafting

legal opinions and advisory notes, advising on corporate and foreign investment structures, and

assisting clients with their day-to-day legal requirements. Candidates with prior transaction

experience, including private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate

structuring, will have an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

LLB with 2-5 years of relevant experience with law firm in Corporate Legal





advising clients on the structuring of investments across various stages of

funding; (ii) providing legal support in relation to mergers and acquisitions, including share

acquisitions, asset transfers, business transfers and joint ventures; and (iii) drafting, reviewing,

and negotiating transaction documents, including term sheets, share subscription agreements,

shareholders agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer

agreements, and related transaction documentation.
