Key Responsibilities :

- Operate and monitor capsule filling machines as per approved SOPs and Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Perform machine setup, assembly, dismantling, cleaning and changeover activities.
- Ensure correct dispensing/feeding of powder or granules into the capsule filling machine.
- Monitor machine parameters and production output during the batch.
- Perform routine in-process checks and report abnormalities to the Production Officer/Supervisor.
- Ensure proper line clearance before starting production and after completion of batches.
- Maintain accurate production records, equipment logbooks and online documentation.
- Follow cGMP, SOPs, safety procedures and data-integrity requirements at all times.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 1-5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical OSD manufacturing.
- Experience specifically in capsule filling is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in regulated/GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing will be preferred.
