About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment operations, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technology talent across multiple client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment across sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and closures.
- Manage multiple client requirements and ensure timely submission of quality profiles.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Monitor recruiter performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Work closely with Account Managers and clients to understand requirements and hiring priorities.
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline.
- Review and improve the quality of profiles submitted by the team.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and performance reports.




- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to improve turnaround time and closure ratios.

Key Skills & Experience

- 5- 8 years of experience in IT Recruitment, with at least 12 years in a team-handling/leadership role.
- Solid experience in IT sourcing, screening, and recruitment delivery.
- Hands-on expertise in Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong understanding of technology hiring and recruitment processes.
- Proven ability to manage targets and deliver against tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical ability with a focus on recruitment metrics and performance.
- Ability to mentor recruiters and drive a target-oriented, quality-focused team culture.
