Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Email Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in email campaign management, SMTP configuration, email authentication, and deliverability optimization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in managing email infrastructure, troubleshooting email delivery issues, maintaining sender reputation, and executing automated email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated email workflows.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot SMTP servers and email delivery systems.
- Implement and manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and other email authentication protocols.
- Monitor and improve email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation.
- Work with email service providers such as Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, and Amazon SES.
- Configure and manage email services through cPanel/WHM.
- Monitor email bounces, spam complaints, blacklists, and delivery errors.
- Perform email list cleaning, validation, segmentation, and database management.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance, including delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Create, customize, and optimize HTML email templates.
- Develop drip campaigns, lead-nurturing workflows, and marketing automation sequences.




- Identify and resolve DNS-related email issues and authentication failures.
- Maintain email infrastructure in accordance with applicable anti-spam regulations and email service provider policies.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in email marketing and campaign automation.
- Strong knowledge of SMTP configuration and troubleshooting.
- Practical understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, and email authentication.
- Knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, and sender reputation management.
- Experience with dedicated SMTP servers and transactional email services.
- Familiarity with Mailchimp, Brevo, Mailgun, SendGrid, Amazon SES, or similar platforms.
- Experience with cPanel/WHM email configuration and mail server management.
- Knowledge of bounce management, blacklist monitoring, and email list hygiene.
- Understanding of HTML and responsive email template development.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and optimize email performance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing email infrastructure for high-volume legitimate marketing and transactional emails.
- Familiarity with mail server logs, DNS troubleshooting, and email delivery diagnostics.
- Understanding of email marketing compliance, consent management, and unsubscribe handling.
