Roles and Responsibilities :
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and animations using Blender software.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver visually appealing results.
- Develop interactive 3D scenes for real estate listings, product demos, or other applications.
- Troubleshoot issues related to rendering, lighting, and animation in Unreal Engine.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, and animation using Blender or similar tools (e.g., Maya).
- Proficiency in Photoshop for image editing and retouching.
- Solid understanding of architecture principles and spatial relationships.
- Experience working on projects involving virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR).
