- Role & Responsibilities

1) Achieve the corporate sales & broking budget allocated for the Zone

2) Achieve line wise target allocated to the Zone

3) Activate Top 15 MNC & Indian brokers in the zone & building up relationships in the domain.

4) Target major direct accounts to deliver the budgeted numbers

5) To conduct brokers engagement programmes for the zone

6) Take new initiatives in developing new channels to develop business.

7) Coordinate & manage relationships with other departments like Underwriting, Claims & others.

8) Responsible for the growth & career development of each and every team member which will indirectly help in reducing iteration

9) Strong & well-established relationships across both broker/client segments.

10) Sound Technical expertise & P&L; management in Reinsurance, Property & Commercial LOB.

11) A mature & effective leader with strong communication skills, transparent decision-making ability & structured approach to execution

- Education: Should be a Postgraduate with atleast 12+ years of experience out of which minimum 8+ years of GI experience of corporate sales & broking relationship.

Experience:

- Should have spent 12+ professional years in the location.

Skills:

- Specialized skills required will involve relationship building.
- Should have spent 10-12+ professional years in the location.
- Exposure towards corporate sales & knowledge of local market.
- Experience in handling broking relationship in previous assignment.
- Experience in large direct client’s relationship in previous assignment

Mindset:

- Analytical & logical mindset in understanding the P&L; for Commercial business.
- Go Getter & a Positive attitude to scale up the business in the current Insurance landscape.
