Location: Mumbai (with Gulf travel)
Reporting To: Board/Owners
Industry Focus: Engineering, Industrial Supplies, EPC

Key Requirements

- Engineering degree (mandatory)
- 45 years' CEO or senior leadership experience
- Proven track record in engineering, industrial supplies, or EPC
- Ability to manage IndiaGulf cross-border operations
- Robust leadership, financial acumen, and communication skills
- Gulf/International experience preferred

Key Deliverables Expected from Candidate

- Achieve revenue and profit targets for India & Gulf markets
- Drive strategic growth and market expansion
- Manage Mumbai back office and ensure operational efficiency
- Build strong client/vendor relationships
- Report performance and strategy updates to the board
- Prioritize profiles from engineering/EPC/industrial sectors
- Focus on candidates with India–Gulf operational exposure
