* Education - B. E / B Tech (Civil)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Independently develop and finalize BOQs, layouts, and drawings for each identified projects in coordination with the Architect & take ownership of adjustments required as per site and program needs.
2) Ensure timely approval of drawings and BOQ to enable on- schedule mobilization and coordination of Infra-partners and vendors.
3)Independently identify, evaluate, and onboard civil / interior vendors matching program requirements,
4) Travel extensively (more than 2 weeks a month) across India to oversee center builds.
5) Apply sound project management practices planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, and monitoring to ensure timely, quality delivery of each center.
