Role Overview

Role Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Be part of planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Digital Trends & Insights: Stay updated with the latest trends, viral content, and best practices in digital marketing.

• Performance: Have basic understanding of the same and can assist in running and optimizing digital ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and tracking key metrics.

• Influencer Marketing: Identify and coordinate with agency/influencers for brand collaborations and campaigns.

• Content Strategy:



Work closely with the creative team to ensure brand messaging aligns with audience preferences.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, monitor data, and suggest improvements based on insights.

Qualifications and Skills: • 2-3 years of experience in a digital agency or FMCG brand. • Good understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms. • Basic knowledge of performance and influencer collaborations. • Familiarity with digital and experience of working with agencies. Robust communication and organizational skills. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field(Field is preferable). • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and with some knowledge of AI tools • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Flexibility to travel and work evenings or weekends as required for events and activations
