- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure using Cisco routers and switches.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or email for networking issues.
- Configure firewalls, SDWAN solutions, routing protocols (OSPF), and switching configurations (VLANs).
- Troubleshoot complex network problems using troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints related to network performance.
