# IT Recruiter SAP & CRM

## Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an **IT Recruiter with 23 years of relevant recruitment experience**, preferably with robust exposure to **SAP and CRM technology hiring**.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in **end-to-end IT recruitment**, including requirement understanding, candidate sourcing, technical screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up.

The candidate should be comfortable sourcing niche technical profiles through **Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels** and should have a good understanding of technical skills and IT job requirements.

**The ideal candidate will have:**

* 2–3 years of experience in **IT/Technical Recruitment**.
* Proven experience hiring for **SAP technologies**.
* Exposure to **CRM technology recruitment**.
* Strong hands-on sourcing experience using **Naukri and LinkedIn**.
* Ability to understand technical JDs and identify relevant candidates.
* Experience with **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle**.
* Strong candidate screening and interview coordination skills.
* Good communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
* Willingness to work **onsite from the Bengaluru office**.

## Key Responsibilities

* Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
* Understand technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
* Recruit for SAP and CRM technology positions.
* Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, location,



notice period, compensation, and role requirements.
* Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
* Coordinate technical interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
* Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage offer negotiations and joining formalities.
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for SAP and CRM skill sets.
* Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate status in the ATS.
* Work closely with hiring managers, delivery teams, and account teams.
* Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and closure targets.

## SAP Hiring Exposure

Experience recruiting for any of the following SAP skill sets will be preferred:

* SAP S/4HANA
* SAP ABAP
* SAP FICO
* SAP MM
* SAP SD
* SAP PP
* SAP HCM
* SAP SuccessFactors
* SAP Basis
* SAP BW/BI
* SAP BTP

## CRM Hiring Exposure

Exposure to recruitment for CRM technologies such as:

* Salesforce
* Microsoft Dynamics CRM
* SAP CRM
* ServiceNow
* Other enterprise CRM technologies
