We are looking for a skilled HR Executive to join our team in Mulbagal Taluk, Kolar District, Karnataka 563131. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience and expertise in HR Generalist Activities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and implement effective human resource strategies and policies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, management, and other stakeholders.
- Handle recruitment, training, and development programs for employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze and resolve employee grievances and conflicts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
- Staff & Blue-collar hiring support: coordinate end-to-end recruitment for staff/blue-collar requirements, support shift/workforce planning,



and ensure on-ground HR coordination with site/operations teams.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience in HR Generalist Activities.
- Robust knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications.
- Experience in staff/blue-collar recruitment and coordination is preferred.
