Who We Are Looking For

Mandatory skill sets

- 3+ years of experience in data science or a related quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
- Solid grounding in statistical modeling, machine learning, and complex problem-solving techniques.
- Proven experience handling large, high-dimensional datasets and delivering transparent, actionable insights.
- Transformers (e.g., NLP and representation learning)
- Deep learning frameworks and architectures
- Graph-based machine learning (such as Graph Neural Networks)
- Familiarity with causal inference and decision-focused modeling is a plus.




- Comfortable tackling ambiguous problems and pursuing impactful outcomes independently.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for engaging with a range of stakeholders.
- Experience deploying models into production environments.
- Prior experience or domain knowledge in healthcare, particularly healthcare revenue cycle, is preferred.
