Role & responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Engineer will be responsible for strengthening CIKIT's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Google, website, and other relevant digital platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the Technical, Marketing, Design, and Management teams to convert CIKIT's technical knowledge, projects, products, solutions, and industry expertise into high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase CIKIT's online visibility and brand awareness.
- Manage CIKIT's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish technical and marketing content related to Lightning Protection, Earthing, Electrical Safety, Solar, Electrical Engineering, and related subjects.
- Convert technical information into easy-to-understand and engaging posts, articles, videos, reels, infographics, and presentations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to develop technically accurate content.
- Develop content calendars and ensure consistent posting across digital platforms.
- Create and manage LinkedIn content aimed at Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants, Contractors, Developers, Project Managers, Architects, and other industry professionals.
- Support YouTube channel development through technical videos, project videos, educational content, interviews, and demonstrations.
- Identify relevant industry trends, topics, keywords, hashtags, and content opportunities.
- Assist in SEO activities to improve CIKIT's website visibility and organic search performance.
- Support Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital campaigns whenever required.
- Track digital campaign performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, leads, website traffic, and conversions.




- Work with the Marketing Team to generate qualified business enquiries through digital channels.
- Document and promote CIKIT's completed projects, technical achievements, exhibitions, seminars, customer interactions, and company activities.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, agencies, and other external resources wherever required.
- Monitor competitors and industry players to identify digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain consistency in CIKIT's brand identity, technical positioning, and communication across digital platforms.
- Continuously explore new digital platforms, tools, AI tools, and content formats that can improve CIKIT's digital presence.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- Good understanding of basic electrical concepts and principles.
- Solid interest in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical subjects and explain them in simple language.
- Valuable content-writing and storytelling ability.
- Creative mindset with an interest in developing new content ideas.
- Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media analytics will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar content creation tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to use AI tools for content research, ideation, writing, image/video creation, and productivity will be an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve.
