We are looking for an experienced Female Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, manage existing relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads through LinkedIn, job portals, bidding portals, email, calling, and other platforms.
- Identify and approach potential clients and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable pitches and proposals.
- Handle job bidding on government and non-government portals.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, cold emailing, and regular follow-ups.
- Research organizations, industries, and markets to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate with clients and coordinate with internal teams for deal closure.
- Maintain lead and client information in CRM.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
- Explore new markets and contribute to sales growth.

Requirements

- Experience: 2+ years in Business Development / B2B Sales / Client Acquisition.




- Experience in IT/Software Services will be preferred.
- Solid B2B lead-generation and client-acquisition experience.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and other lead-generation platforms.
- Experience with bidding portals will be an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Qualifications

- MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a relevant field preferred.
