Role Overview
As a warehouse manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfilment, process adherence, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Lead and manage warehouse teams, ensuring productivity, discipline, and adherence to SOPs.
Handle large-scale inventory management with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and control.
Manage both offline and online warehouse operations and ensure seamless order fulfilment.
Drive warehouse productivity, operational efficiency, and cost optimisation.
Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while maintaining defined SLA/TAT.
Implement and maintain warehouse SOPs, processes,



and quality standards.
Identify operational gaps and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Transportation, Stores, Business, and other stakeholders.
Monitor key warehouse KPIs such as inventory accuracy, productivity, order fulfilment, shrinkage, dispatch TAT, and SLA adherence.

What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience specifically in a managerial role in warehouse / fulfilment / distribution operations.
Excellent knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations.
Strong experience managing large-scale inventory.
Must have experience handling both offline & online warehouse operations.
Solid team handling and people management experience.
Proven experience in warehouse productivity, process improvement, and operational performance.
Candidates from pharmaceutical, e-commerce, quick commerce, FMCG, retail, or supply chain industries will be preferred.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
