Role Definition

To coordinate system entries & processes and support/lead team of operators and helpers to ensure completion of tasks and responsibilities

Responsibility Deliverables

1. Daily Operations Execution
2. Data management
3. Reporting & Communication

Tasks & Activities:

Daily Operations Execution:

- Work with team of operators and helpers in executing daily tasks.
- Monitor plans and highlight in case of gaps.

Data Entry:

- Process accurate GRN, Inward, Dispatch entries, activity logs, check sheets
- Email communication with customer Daily reports, escalations.
- Monitor Customer emails, tasks and ensure completion.
- Update Inventory, Coverage, Fitment reports
- Damage / Claims reporting and follow-up.
- Support in audits and closure of audit NCs/Observations and CAPA and RCAs.

Reporting:

- MIS reports, performance reports as specified.
- Report on misbehavior, indiscipline and unsafe workingRole & responsibilities
