Role & responsibilities

- Review and analyze title documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Review and analyze the Chain of Title to determine ownership and identify title defects.
- Examine deeds, mortgages, assignments, judgments, tax records, easements, restrictions, probate documents, and other legal instruments.
- Identify and report any title defects or issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure compliance with Title Insurance Standards.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding title status and issues.
- Maintain detailed records of title examination activities.
- Assist in resolving title-related discrepancies and challenges.

Preferred candidate profile

- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of title examination processes and standards.
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and relevant title services software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in the US shift (5PM IST to 2 AM IST).
