Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Area : Assistant Manager-Technical

1) Maintenance of Utilities - LT Transformer, LT panels, Chiller plant, DG sets, lifts, Escalator, Ventilation system, RO, STP, WTP, Pump room & lighting DB's Fire extinguishers, CCTV, Hydrant & Sprinkler system. General civil repairs e.t.c.

2) To ensure periodical maintenance of engineering services for its optimum performance and minimizing breakdowns.

3) Energy reconciliation on Monthly basis.

4) Upkeep of Signage's, Safety Signage's, Building internal lighting, basement lighting and Faade lighting.

5) Ensuring essential Stocks/ inventories and its record. Processing the material requirements.

6) Vendor Development and negotiations. Coordination with AMC/Service providers for their SOW and maintenance of equipment's.

7) Ensuring highest standards of PPM on Technical / engineering installations.

8) Upkeep of statutory approvals/compliances and its record.

9) Processing of utility bills timely and its payments.

10) Coordination with Shopkeepers/ brands and their complaint resolutions.
