Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of QA engineers in designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Selenium WebDriver for web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Cucumber BDD framework to ensure efficient testing processes.
- Analyze defects reported by users or internal stakeholders, reproduce them, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
Job Requirements :
- 12-19 years of experience in software quality assurance with expertise in automation testing using Java-based tools like Playwright.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and ability to work effectively in an iterative workplace.
- Experience with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) framework such as Cucumber for writing acceptance criteria.
