Role & responsibilities
- Manage multiple interior design projects from design approval to handover.
- Coordinate with designers, vendors, contractors, and clients.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
- Monitor site progress and resolve execution challenges.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular client and project review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in interior project delivery or fit-out management.
- Robust knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project tracking tools.
