Job Description Talent Acquisition Manager

Location : Bangalore

Industry: Engineering & Construction / Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and project-site requirements.
- Handle Civil and Technical hiring across Planning, Project Execution, Design & Engineering, QA/QC, Contracts, MEP, and other construction functions.
- Coordinate with business heads and HR teams for manpower planning and timely position closures.
- Manage candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and joining follow-ups.
- Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment MIS.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Experience in Talent Acquisition within the Engineering & Construction or Real Estate industry is mandatory.
- Proven hands-on experience in Civil and Technical Recruitment is essential.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Robust sourcing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
