Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain Fenergo Fen-X journeys, fields, business rules, validations, and routing logic.
- Implement onboarding and KYC journeys based on business requirements.
- Design and implement complex workflow orchestration, approval paths, escalation rules, and conditional routing and access permissions.
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable Fen-X configurations.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployments, defect resolution, and production incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Integration teams.

Required Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on Fenergo Fen-X configuration experience (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Fen-X workflow and business rule configuration.
- Experience delivering Fenergo CLM solutions.




- Valuable understanding of KYC, AML, Due Diligence & Regulations processes.
- Experience working across SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred

- Fenergo/Fen-X Certification.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Exposure to Banking screening solutions, compliance systems, and onboarding integrations.
- Experience configuring regulatory workflows.
- Understanding of API-based integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
