About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Surveillance Executive to monitor and manage CCTV surveillance operations across CoPlay venues. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, identifying security or operational risks, reviewing recorded footage, maintaining incident records, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV feeds across CoPlay centres to ensure safety and security.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, theft, pilferage or operational violations.
- Alert Business Managers/Operations Managers in real time regarding irregularities.
- Maintain accurate daily incident logs and reports.
- Monitor and update daily slot booking records.
- Retrieve and review CCTV footage for investigations, audits and compliance requirements.
- Conduct routine checks of cameras, DVRs and storage systems.




- Report CCTV/equipment-related technical issues to maintenance teams or service providers.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and sensitive operational information.
- Coordinate with Business and Operations teams for venue safety and event-management requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2.5+ years of total work experience.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance or control-room operations.
- Experience with CCTV systems, DVR/NVR, digital recording software and/or access-control systems.
- Solid observation and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and incident-reporting skills.
- Comfortable working in shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days preferred.

Experience: 2.55 years
Salary: 2.64–3.60 LPA
Working Days: 6 days/week
