Talent Acquisition Executive

Total Experience: 1+ Year in Recruitment

About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist with experience in recruitment, bulk hiring, and non-IT/Sales hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Hire for Non-IT, Sales, BFSI & NBFC roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive closures.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and ensure accurate ATS updates.
- Track interview schedules, feedback, selections,



and joining status.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely onboarding.
- Meet recruitment targets and hiring timelines.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment / Staffing.
- Hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring.
- Experience in Non-IT Hiring and Sales Hiring preferred.
- Exposure to BFSI / NBFC recruitment will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ATS and LinkedIn Hiring.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced recruitment setting.
- Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and closure skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Recruitment Consultancy /permanent hiring background with hands-on experience in Bulk Hiring, Sales Hiring, Non-IT Recruitment, and BFSI/NBFC hiring will be preferred.
