Job Description:-

OLYMPAS LLC is looking for a hands-on Senior Technical Project Manager to drive technology projects and coordinate across Development, QA, AWS/DevOps and Network/Infrastructure teams.

The role requires strong technical understanding along with the ability to drive ownership, timelines, issue resolution and delivery. This is not a purely coordination or reporting role; the candidate should be comfortable understanding technical issues and working closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Coordinate across Development, QA, AWS/DevOps and Network/Infrastructure teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Drive identification, escalation and resolution of technical, application, deployment and production issues.
- Ensure clear task ownership, timelines and regular follow-up across technical teams.
- Work closely with QA and Development teams on defect management, releases and production issues.




- Coordinate with AWS/DevOps teams on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployments and environment readiness.
- Identify technical risks and blockers proactively and provide appropriate solutions or escalations.
- Provide regular project status, risks and delivery updates to Management.
- Improve project execution, communication, accountability and delivery processes.

Required Skills & Experience

- 10-14 years of experience in Technical Project Management / Delivery Management.
- Strong experience coordinating cross-functional software/technology teams.
- Good understanding of AWS/Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, software development lifecycle and QA processes.
- Ability to understand technical discussions, dependencies and production issues.
- Robust experience in Agile/Scrum, sprint planning and project tracking.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred.
- PMP/CSM/PSM or equivalent certification is an advantage.
