Automation & Reporting Engineer - Ecommerce - 3+ Years - Faridabad

The role offers an opportunity to work closely with Technology, Operations, Marketing, and Fulfillment teams and take end-to-end ownership of automation projectsfrom development and deployment to monitoring and continuous improvement.

Our client is a rapidly growing D2C organization with a strong presence across consumer products, e-commerce, manufacturing, and digital operations. The organization is focused on leveraging technology, automation, and data to improve operational efficiency and scale its business.

Responsibilities

1. Design, build, and maintain daily automation workflows across internal systems and business processes.
2. Develop and maintain web-crawling and data-extraction pipelines using Selenium and API-based methods.
3. Build and maintain data pipelines supporting recurring reports, dashboards, and business insights.
4. Automate reporting workflows and monitor them to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuity.
5. Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and continuously improve systems for reliability and scalability.

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in B.Tech or a related technology discipline.
2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience with strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
3. Experience with Selenium or similar tools for web automation, crawling, and data extraction.
4. Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines, automated workflows, and APIs.
5.



Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and tools, with an interest in applying them to automation and reporting.
