We have an urgent opening for a Data Privacy Manager of our esteemed clients.
Client Location: Bangalore(3Days Work From Office)
Employment Type: Fulltime
Experience Required: 6 to 8Years (with global project exposure)
Education: B.Tech,B.Sc,BCA,M.Tech,MCA,M.Sc

Key Responsibilities

- Lead endtoend DPDPA compliance, including notices, consent management, data lifecycle governance, and regulatory readiness
- Support and manage global privacy programs across jurisdictions (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, US state privacy laws), ensuring consistency with local requirements
- Advise stakeholders on data minimisation, data quality, retention, and deletion practices
- Conduct and review privacy risk assessments / DPIAs for products, platforms, and new initiatives
- Support incident and breach response, regulator interactions, and audits
- Work with technology teams to embed privacybydesign into systems, processes, and tools
- Draft and maintain privacy policies,



frameworks, SOPs, and training materials
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on privacy risks and regulatory developments

Key Requirements

- 2-6 years of experience in data privacy, data protection, or regulatory compliance
- Strong working knowledge of DPDPA and practical implementation experience
- Exposure to global / crossborder privacy projects (GDPR or equivalent frameworks)
- Experience working with technology, digital platforms, or datadriven businesses
- Ability to translate legal requirements into practical, scalable controls
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- BE+MBA
- Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, CIPM, or equivalent
- Experience in consulting, technology, fintech, or digital ecosystem companies
