About The Role:

- We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented engineers with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in either plant engineering, utilities management, maintenance operations, or energy monitoring.
- This opportunity is ideal for professionals who demonstrate strong technical fundamentals, analytical thinking, ownership, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams within a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- (Consolidated responsibilities across roles. Final responsibilities are defined basis specific role and will have select responsibilities only).

Utilities & Maintenance Operations:

- Ensure reliable operation of plant utilities such as HVAC systems, water systems (primary/secondary/tertiary), steam, compressed air, and related infrastructure.
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Monitor breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain accurate maintenance records in SAP/CMMS or equivalent systems.

Energy & Performance Monitoring:

- Track and monitor plant KPIs such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, energy consumption, and water usage.




- Support energy-saving and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.

Projects & Engineering Support:

- Assist in execution of engineering and capacity expansion projects.
- Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of equipment and utility systems.
- Review technical drawings and engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors for smooth project execution.

Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, and internal SOP requirements.
- Maintain engineering documentation, maintenance logs, and audit-ready records.
- Support internal and external audits as required.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

- Collaborate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, Engineering, and EHS teams.
- Support site-level and cluster-level engineering initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification; B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical

Experience: 2–4 years of Experience in any one or more of the following:

- Plant engineering/utilities
- Maintenance operations
- Engineering projects
- Energy monitoring and optimization

Preferred Exposure In Any One Or More Of The Following:

- Regulated manufacturing environment (Pharma/FMCG/Chemical/Process industry preferred)
- Utilities systems (HVAC, water systems, steam, compressed air)
- SAP or CMMS tools
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Exposure to energy monitoring systems or SCADA (good to have)

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of preventive maintenance and reliability practices
- Knowledge of basic energy management principles
- Valuable documentation and reporting skills
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination
- High ownership, accountability, and learning agility

Travel Requirement:

- Upto 30%, depending on role and project requirements
