The Engineer - Marketing & Sales will be responsible primarily for costing out inquiries which are received by Jakap and submitting quotations. Following up on quotations submitted and closing the inquiry loop.

1. Calculating gross weight & net weight.

2. Coordinating with purchase, production and supply chain departments to work out the costing.

3. Submitting quotes and following up for orders.

This position is a stepping stone for a promotion to Asst. Marketing Manager Marketing & Sales.

The Asst. Marketing Manager Marketing & Sales. Will be responsible for new business development, recent product development and processing sales orders. The candidate will also be responsible for all communication with customers and between customers and the factory.

1. Quoting for Inquiries.

2. Processing Orders from Customers from order receipt to dipsatch from the factory.

3. Communicating with customers regarding quotes, orders, quality matters, technical matters, etc.

4. Meeting sales targets.

5. Handling confernece calls with Customers & Factory.

6. Monitoring warehouse inventory levels.

7. Dispatch planning for all customers.

8. Maintaining marketing records.

9. Getting new business.
