Role & responsibilities

> Installation of various control panels, such as cPanel and Plesk.

- Monitor Linux / Windows Server Performance.
- Deploy new servers (software level).
- Monitoring and installation support for subparts (FTP, LiteSpeed, CloudLinux OS, MySQL).
- Touch on optimization and automation tasks on multiple projects with available tools
- Monitoring critical web systems (Nginx, LiteSpeed, Apache, NodeJS, Tomcat)
- Installation and support on CMS like WordPress, Magento, Codeigniter
- Understanding and monitoring of network technologies (IPv4, IPv6, BGP, routing, bridging, proxies, firewalls)
- Identification and resolution of hardware and software problems.
- Upgrade servers, such as software, operating system, and applications.
- Quickly understand the root cause of the problem and help customers on difficult cases.




- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
- Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time.

Preferred candidate profile

- Looking for freshers or 1-2 years of experienced person with Linux and Windows server knowledge.
- Knowledge of Web Hosting Control Panels like cPanel, Plesk, WHM, Direct Admin would be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of network technology, especially server technology.
- Knowledge of services like Apache, Tomcat, PHPMyAdmin, MSSQL and MySQL is preferred.
- Excellent customer and service orientation combined with valuable communication, team skills, and social competence.
- Available to work on rotational shifts.
