Minimum
- 5+ years of hands-on SAP Payroll configuration experience.
- Strong experience in Payroll Schema and PCR design/development.
- Experience implementing or enhancing SAP Payroll solutions.
- Experience in payroll remediation, payroll transformation, or payroll projects.
- Solid expertise in payroll troubleshooting and payroll result analysis.
- Experience with payroll testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll runs.
Preferred
- Multi-country payroll implementation experience.
- Experience in payroll rollout, remediation, or transformation projects.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration experience.
- Experience with Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- Experience supporting payroll migrations and system upgrades.
Knowledge of ABAP debugging related to payroll processing
