We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Migration Lead/Architect to drive large-scale enterprise migration projects involving Microsoft 365 workloads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in planning and executing tenant-to-tenant migrations, identity transformations, domain cutovers, and Microsoft 365 security deployments across global environments.

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations covering Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams, as well as migrations from third-party email platforms using IMAP.
- Build new AD and M365 environments for carved-out entities, and migrate users and computers across forests.
- Configure Entra Connect, including soft-match, UPN/SMTP changes, and domain cutovers.
- Deploy EMS E3, Intune, Purview/AIP, Defender for O365, and DLP.




- Automate tasks with PowerShell and Graph API, lead the delivery team, and support presales.

Must-Have Skills

- Identity: Active Directory, Entra ID, and Entra Connect.
- Tools: BitTitan MigrationWiz, Quest, ShareGate, AvePoint, ADMT, and SysTools.
- Workloads: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Security and automation: Intune, DLP, and PowerShell.
- Scale: Hands-on delivery of migrations with 5,000+ users.

Positive to Have

- Certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104.
- Experience with Mimecast.
- Background in the BFSI or manufacturing sector
