Job Title: AR Collections Voice Process (Night Shift)

Location: Remote(Preferred candidates from Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, Trichy, Coimbatore)

Experience: 1-4 years

Role & Responsibilities:

- Perform AR Calling for physician billing, with specialization preferred in Emergency Department & Hospital Medicine (EDHM).
- Handle voice process operations for healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely followup on claims.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

Requirements:

- 14 years of experience in AR Collections / AR Calling.
- Specialty experience in Emergency Department & Hospital Medicine (EDHM) preferred.
- Software: AdvancedMD experience preferred.
- Must have proper relieving documentation from previous employer.
- Willingness to work in Night Shift.
- Immediate joiners only.
