Responsibilities

- Interact with business users and stakeholders to understand day-to-day processes and workflows.
- Conduct discussions, interviews, surveys, and meetings to collect business information and data.
- Gather, organize, and analyze business requirements from different departments.
- Study existing processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement areas.
- Prepare process flow diagrams, workflow maps, requirement documents, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Maintain records of business requirements, process changes, and operational observations.
- Analyze collected data and prepare reports, presentations, and management insights.
- Support process improvement initiatives through data-driven recommendations.
- Follow up on implementation of process changes and collect user feedback.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of business process records.

Qualifications / Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Commerce,



Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Collection, Process Analysis, Business Documentation, Operations Analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Forms, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to convert business discussions and requirements into structured documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Financial Services, Broking, Banking, or Capital Markets.
- Knowledge of process mapping and workflow documentation.
- Exposure to requirement gathering and business process improvement.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
