Must-Have**

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

- Design and develop end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Strong experience with PHP (Yii2), React, and TypeScript.
- Build scalable backend architectures and optimize database performance.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Optimize performance across APIs, databases, and front-end applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Ensure application reliability, stability, and data integrity.
- Take ownership of technical decisions and deliverables.

Good-to-Have

- Experience with databases and tools like MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Elasticsearch.
- Knowledge of messaging systems like SQS / SNS.




- Experience with high-scale systems supporting large user bases.
- Exposure to system design, migrations, and performance tuning
- Ability to evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices.
- Continuous improvement mindset in tools, processes, and delivery models.

- Develop and deliver end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems.
- Translate UI/UX designs into responsive and high-quality applications
- Design scalable backend systems and optimize database architecture
- Ensure performance optimization across APIs, databases, and frontend layers
- Test, debug, and resolve issues to maintain production stability
- Work with product, design, and engineering teams for feature delivery
- Participate in technical planning and feasibility discussions
- Improve existing applications and adopt contemporary technologies
- Manage tasks independently and handle multiple priorities
- Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within teams.
