We're looking for a dynamic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at a growing organization.

Location: Gurgaon
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Role Focus: 70% Recruitment (PAN India) | 30% HR Operations & Administration (PAN India)

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

- End-to-end recruitment (hands-on)
- Coordinating with hiring managers on requirements and interview scheduling
- Vendor management
- Closing positions within the given TAT
- Salary negotiation
- Ensuring a smooth pre-joining and onboarding process

HR Operations

- Attendance and leave management
- Handling employee grievances
- Timely submission of reports
- Maintaining employee records
- Office administration activities




- Planning employee engagement activities (creative and HR initiatives)

Who Should Apply

- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Executive / HR Generalist
- Strong communication skills
- Good command of MS Excel
- Strong hold on recruitment and generalist HR activities
