We are looking for a fresher for AXIS Bank -CASA Sales-FRIDAY Walk-in in Vadodara.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities to acquire new customers for current accounts, saving accounts, and other banking products.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients to increase cross-selling of bank's products and services.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization by acquiring recent customers and increasing revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and sales performance.
Job Requirements :
- 0-1 years of experience in banking sales or related field (fresher).
- Strong understanding of CASA (Current Account Savings Account) sales principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
