What We're Looking For:
*7-8+ years of product management experience, ideally with experience owning meaningfulproducts or product portfolios. Open to someone who is hungry + competent and has notnecessarily lead a team.

*Strong track record of end-to-end ownership someone who naturally takes accountability foroutcomes rather than just delivering requirements.

*Extremely high ownership and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable operating with ambiguity andlimited hand-holding.

*Strong analytical orientation with the ability to use data to identify problems, prioritiseopportunities and make product decisions.

*Strong understanding of product funnels, metrics, experimentation and user behaviour.

*Ability to manage and develop a product team while remaining sufficiently hands-on as an individual contributor.





*Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively across multiplefunctions and teams.

*Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.

*Solid communication and problem-solving skills.

*Experience in fintech, consumer internet, lending, payments, HRTech or adjacent businesseswould be valuable, though not mandatory.
