Position: HR Recruiter Construction & Engineering Hiring
Experience: 2–3 Years
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with hands-on experience in Construction and Engineering recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various engineering and construction-related positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Construction and Engineering positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
- Handle hiring for Engineer-level and technical positions across construction projects.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and understand manpower requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and schedule interviews with the concerned teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.




- Negotiate salary and ensure candidates meet the approved salary budget.
- Manage offer rollout, documentation, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.
- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Post Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, or Engineering industries.
- Solid experience in Engineer-level and technical hiring.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in Construction / EPC / Infrastructure / Engineering recruitment will be preferred.

Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.
