SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Off Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Configure Time Off framework (time types, time accounts, accruals)
- Implement country-specific leave policies and workflows
- Work with integration teams (EC Payroll / 3rd party systems)
- Support testing, validation, and defect resolution
- Provide functional documentation and user training
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in SuccessFactors with focus on EC Time Off
- Certified in SAP SuccessFactors EC / Time Management
- Robust configuration skills and experience in global implementations
- Ability to work independently and engage stakeholders
