Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical treatments as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, test results, and treatment outcomes.
Job Requirements :
- GNM Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-3 years of experience in ICU or related field (freshers can apply).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and protocols.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a quick-paced environment.
